At ToolsMandi, we strive to provide the best automation services. We have a clear refund policy to handle specific situations. Please read the following conditions carefully before purchasing any plan.
Conditions for Refund Eligibility
A refund request may be considered under the following condition:
- If a technical issue with our service persists for three (3) consecutive days without resolution from our side, you are eligible to request a refund. You must contact our support team to report the issue and initiate the request.
Refund Process
Once a refund request is received and approved by our team, the refund will be initiated within three (3) business working days. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
A refund will not be provided under the following circumstances:
- Expired Monthly Plans: If your monthly subscription plan has expired, you are not eligible for a refund or cancellation.
- Lifetime Plan Service Delivery: For Lifetime Plan purchases, once our team has delivered the service and completed the setup on your server/RDP, the service is considered fulfilled and is non-refundable.
- Account Suspension/Ban: If your account is banned or blocked due to invalid activities, no refund will be issued. Invalid activities include, but are not limited to:
- Attempting to manipulate us with fraudulent payment screenshots.
- Sharing your account or our services with others.
- Exhausted Tool Limits: If our tool limits are exhausted, no refund will be provided. Users are required to wait until the limits are refreshed.
- Invalid Reasons: Refund requests made for reasons such as "I changed my mind," "I purchased it accidentally," or similar personal reasons will not be accepted. Such requests may lead to permanent account suspension.
Conduct and Service Abuse
We are committed to providing our best service and support. However, if any user is found to be abusing our team members through verbal harassment or any other means, we reserve the right to cancel their subscription and suspend their account immediately, without any refund or prior notice.
