1. Security

ToolsMandi ensures user security and privacy. We use SSL protection to ensure 100% secured payment transactions. All data stored on our servers is encrypted and secured. ToolsMandi cannot see your personal data except for the information you provide at signup, access logs of tools, and your IP address.

2. Affiliate Program

Existing ToolsMandi users can invite friends and colleagues to join our platform through a personal link or coupon code. For custom coupon codes, users must contact our support team. The following conditions apply:

• Users cannot refer themselves by creating a new account to gain an affiliate reward. This is considered invalid activity, and any credits will be revoked.
• The minimum affiliate payout is 500 INR.
• The default affiliate commission is 15% per sale for all users.

3. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account under certain circumstances:

• Account Sharing: If a user shares their account details with other people, we may permanently ban the user's account without any notification.
• Multiple Logins: Multiple logins from the same IP address (using Proxies, VPNs, or the same ISP) on the same day may result in account suspension.
• Misconduct: If you misbehave with our support team, we have the right to remove your account or revoke your access to our tools. In such cases, you will not be eligible to claim a refund.
• Users who wish to check their account activity can submit a request to our WhatsApp support team and will receive a response within 24 hours.

4. Refund Policy

5. Service Usage and Limits

• Limits: Some of our tools come with usage limits. You can ask our support team about specific limits before making a purchase.
• Bonus Tools: Bonus tools are provided as-is and are subject to availability. They are not considered part of the primary tools included in any plan.

6. Notifications

By creating an account, you grant ToolsMandi the right to send you notifications via Email or SMS to your registered number/email regarding new offers, updates, or for other informational purposes.
